We chose copper because it is naturally antimicrobial, so it stays clean between uses without much fuss. A single pass in the morning does more than most people expect, and the metal warms to the hand rather than feeling clinical.

The handle is turned from bamboo, which warms to the hand and holds its shape through daily use. The bristles are soft enough to be kind to the gums, and the whole thing feels considered in a way a throwaway brush never does.
